Established in Melbourne in 2004 to assist clients harness technology in the legal process, Potter Farrelly now delivers a uniquely global service.
Courts and justice agencies, law firms and corporate legal teams now work locally and globally, and Potter Farrelly works with them to meet the challenge of staying connected while continuing to pursue their legal, commercial and policy objectives.

Our history
Potter Farrelly was founded by Sandra Potter and Phil Farrelly, two of Australia’s most acclaimed experts in the law and technology fields.
When the firm was conceived, there was no real established service provider for the legal and justice sector. With the explosive growth of electronic information, the challenge for our team was to work with professional organisations in this sector – especially lawyers and the Courts – who lacked objective information and were uncomfortable with losing control of their processes for managing information.
Potter Farrelly’s answer has been to be uncompromising about quality of service delivery, and to contribute actively to industry education and development. Today our experienced team of consultants are a high-level mobile workforce. Working out of Australia, Asia, Europe and Canada, we assist clients in jurisdictions throughout the world.
